PANORAMA EXHIBITION
After a blind review, 16 artists were chosen to be part of the PANORAMA Exhibition, which took place at the Centro Cultural Escola de Design (UEMG) - Rua Gonçalves Dias, 1434, the first exhibition to take place as part of the Digital Arts' Seminar. The exhibition featured artworks with video and installations. The opening took place on April 23rd (Tuesday) and featured the EPILEPSIA group's MICROPAUSE ABUSE performance.
The 5th Digital Arts Seminar and PANORAMA Exhibition was organized by the Laboratório de Poéticas Fronteiriças (http://labfront.tk - UEMG / CNPq) from a committee composed of members from various institutions (UEMG, CEFET-MG, UFSM, FAD/ ICAT). The 2019 edition was extended and supported by national funding agencies and several other partners such as research groups consolidated at home and abroad.
The theme of this edition was a consensus produced from the discussions on the memory of art in all previous editions of the congress. In addition, we have brought foward discussions about the memory of art and other actions of the field from today to the future, allowing research (and art production) communications of various themes to be presented at the event, being presented to the entire scientific community.
